Martin was the co-founder of Goeco electric transport and has been actively developing the electric transport market in ireland ever since.

Thomas Bibby- IEBA Secretary


Thomas has shown a special interest in the electric bike market for the last 10 years and is a avid e-bike rider. He has no vested interest in the electric bike industry and is our independant commitee member

Thomas was one of the founding members for IEBA and holds the role of Secretary, responsible for the operations and affiliations.

Paul Ryan - IEBA Event Coordinator


Paul is a director of Goeco LTD

With a degree in Renewable Enegry, Electrical and electronic systems he is keen to promote electric bikes as a viable means of transport within Ireland.

He has been active within IEBA since the start


Paul has coordinated and organised several large bicycle events in the past including a world record attempt and was therefore happy to take on the role of IEBA Events Coordinator
